Boasting three private dining rooms, both indoor and outdoor experiences are available, customized just for you. With an indoor Chef’s Table adjacent to the open-air kitchen, plus an outdoor Chef’s Table situated underneath a pergola, we have the perfect setting for any celebration.
Dine In Style
97 West Kitchen & Bar features three private dining rooms, offering a la carte and family-style dining. One private dining room seats up to 54 guests while the other two accommodate up to 10 guests each.
Chef's Table
Gather for an intimate meal at one of our exclusive Chef’s Tables, complete with fully customized menus and beverage pairings. The indoor Chef’s Table seats up to 12 guests at a custom-made table in direct view of the exhibition kitchen. The outdoor Chef’s Table seats up to 14 guests and is located along Marine Creek under a beautiful pergola and crystal chandelier, surrounded by lush greenery and our herb garden.
